Koz Development – Alderwood Mall Boulevard

Kirtley-Cole Associates teamed with Koz Development to complete the new construction of a 121,383 SF market-rate apartment building consisting of 199 units (studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom). The 7-story building is 5 levels of wood-frame construction over a concrete podium and 2 levels of concrete parking. The workforce housing project is located less than 1 block from the new Sound Transit Lynnwood Station and is part of the City Center district that is currently undergoing a transformation into a dense urban neighborhood. Amenity spaces include laundry room, storage room, bike room, and a common area lobby.
