Koz Development – Derby Capitol Hill

Kirtley-Cole Associates is currently constructing a new 76,037 SF building for Koz Development. The SEDU project consists of 6 levels of wood framing over 3 levels of post-tensioned concrete. It includes 168 studio apartments, 2 onsite parking spaces, an upper-level roof deck, laundry room, storage room, bike room, dog wash room and common area lobby. Construction is expected to be completed in early 2024.
