Kirtley-Cole Associates has once again teamed with Visconsi Companies and Skagit Regional Health to construct a new medical office building and outpatient facility.

The 3-story, 30,160 SF building sits on a 2.37 acre site near Cascade Valley Hospital. The structural steel facility will be occupied by Skagit Regional Health and house urgent care, lab, ultrasound, x-ray, and primary care services. The third floor will include shell space for future expansion. The site contains 121 parking spaces, including 10 electric vehicle stalls.
