Fremont West Apartments

Kirtley-Cole is teaming with Cohen Properties to complete the new construction of a 5-story, 109-unit mixed-use apartment building in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle.

The project includes the demolition of existing structures and soil remediation, followed by the new construction of the 73,971 SF building. It includes 4,365 SF of retail/restaurant space and 58,445 SF of residential space on 5 levels, as well as 1 level of below-grade parking. The 63 apartment units are comprised of one- and two-bedroom units, as well as 46 SEDUs. Units range from 260 SF to 870 SF, and some include sleeping lofts and/or balconies. Amenity spaces include a lounge/work area, 2 roof decks, and bicycle storage.
