Seattle Orthopedic Center

Kirtley-Cole teamed with Seattle Orthopedic Center, affiliated with Proliance Surgeons, to complete their new center in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle. The project converted an existing 31,000 SF warehouse into a 15,980 SF orthopedic surgery center over a 15,000 SF parking garage.

Major portions of the Center include:

• 5,254 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center
• 2,208 SF Clinic Space
• 258 SF MRI Area
• 1,740 SF Physical Therapy Area

The Center also houses:

• Pre- and Post-Op Areas
• Exam Rooms
• X-Ray Area
• Reception and Waiting Areas
• Offices
• Staff Lounge
• Staff Locker Rooms
• Storage
