Evergreen Recovery Centers – Evergreen Manor

Kirtley-Cole Associates is currently teaming with Evergreen Recovery Centers to construct a new 3-story, 27,500 SF Residential Treatment Facility and Child Care Center to provide postpartum housing and services for pregnant women, new mothers and their children. The project includes 18 residential sleeping units; child care facility for approximately 40 children; group dining room and commercial kitchen; and program support and administrative areas.

The project expands Evergreen Recovery Centers’ existing and occupied residential treatment facility located directly across the street. The project includes the demolition of four existing single family structures, as well as the street vacation of Summit Avenue between the new project and existing facility.
