Kirtley-Cole Associates continues our long-standing relationship with Koz Development with the new construction of a 132,655 SF apartment building consisting of 169 market-rate units (studio, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom). The building consists of 5 levels of wood-framed residential units over 3 levels of post-tensioned concrete parking and will be clad with 130,000 bricks. To enhance aesthetics and curb appeal, a green screen adorns the full 169’ frontage of the building along Wetmore Avenue. Amenity spaces include a fully landscaped roof deck with gathering areas, an additional outdoor courtyard on level 4, bike room, self-storage lockers, laundry rooms, mail room, parcel room, and common area lobby.
