Our Safety Program is recognized as one of the most comprehensive in the industry by both our insurance carrier and the Washington State Department of Labor & Industries. By incorporating accident prevention planning, and continuing training and education programs, we strive to achieve an accident-free workplace, both in our office and on our job sites.
Every individual has a responsibility for the safety and well-being of every other team member. Our emphasis on shared responsibility extends to our subcontractors and suppliers, who are thoroughly screened and prequalified prior to being awarded their subcontracts. They are held to the same high standards as our employees and are required to submit weekly reports demonstrating adherence and compliance with all of Kirtley-Cole’s Safety Policies.
