BURLINGTON COAT FACTORY
Structural upgrades, relocation of CMU walls, new mall entries, and MEP/infrastructure upgrades to prepare for a new Burlington Coat Factory store. This work was followed by a 69,337 SF tenant improvement and build-out of the new Burlington Coat Factory store.
Renovation of an existing mall space to create a new 12,600 SF warm lit shell space for Party City, a new tenant. The project involved demolition, drywall, new flooring, new wall finishes, complete bathrooms, revisions to the existing fire sprinkler system, minor modifications to the existing HVAC, revised electrical services, and limited modifications to the existing mall exterior.
New construction of an 8,500 SF, single-story, wood-framed retail building.
Demolition and renovation of multiple existing mall areas to create a new 11,000 SF warm dark shell tenant space for ULTA Beauty, a new tenant. Most work was conducted at night to limit disruption to the customers and existing tenants of the fully functioning mall. The project included demolition, re-demising of mall space, new HVAC units, new and revised electrical service and revisions to the mall/tenant storefront glazing.
Relocation of Wet Seal to a new 4,000 SF space in the Mall. The tenant improvement also included an elaborate storefront system with custom sheetmetal. The project was one of several tenant improvements Kirtley-Cole Associates completed in the main corridor of the fully functioning mall.
