Monroe Family Village – Housing Hope

Kirtley-Cole Associates completed the new construction of Monroe Family Village, a wood-framed, 47-unit, 8-building apartment complex totaling 50,650 SF on 2.36 acres. The project also included a community building, playground, community gardening area and sports court. The site is designed with a self-contained storm system with infiltration fields.

The project was designed and constructed to meet the Washington State Evergreen Sustainable Development Criteria. Funding for the construction of the project came from a variety of sources that included Federal, State and County monies, as well as corporate and individual donations.
