Cooper Barn Distillery & Events Center

Kirtley-Cole Associates recently completed construction of Phase I of this multi-phased project in which the team completed the historical renovation of a dairy barn on the Cooper Dairy Farm, designated as a King County Landmark. The barn will be used as a distillery. Preconstruction is currently underway to assist the owner with future phases of the project that will create a sustainable farm and wedding/event venue in addition to the distillery.
