Bethany Community Church

Kirtley-Cole Associates provided preconstruction and construction services for Bethany Community Church’s project in the Green Lake area of Seattle.

The new 15,000 SF sanctuary facility provides space for an approximately 600-seat worship area.  It also includes music, nursery and support spaces.  The project also included the construction of two new parking lots totaling approximately 93 parking spaces.

Kirtley-Cole Associates was awarded the Eagle of Excellence by the Associated Builders & Contractors of Western Washington for this project.  This is awarded to the project selected as the best among the 12 independent categories of winners.  The project also earned the ABC’s Best Specialty Construction award.
