Avondale Village – Housing Hope

Kirtley-Cole has teamed with local housing agency and non-profit Housing Hope to complete Avondale Village in South Everett. Avondale Village provides homes for 14 local families. The Village is comprised of 3 buildings – two apartment buildings and one commons building – as well as a tot lot, recreation area and associated parking spaces.

Funding for the construction of the project came from a variety of sources that included Federal, State and County monies, as well as corporate and individual donations.
